Our Cleaning Process
Most carpet cleaning technicians have commission-based pay.

- We start our cleaning process by pre-applying our detergent – in order to give your carpet the proper “dwell time” to ensure all the fibers are completely saturated and soil suspension is achieved.
- We can use this “dwell time” to start our spot treatment. We have a wide variety of spotting agents and our cleaning specialists are highly trained in determining the origin of the spots and which agents should be used to treat them.
- Once we have treated all the problem areas, we will begin the hot water extraction. In this phase, we use clean fresh water with no additives. This process ensures that every product we apply and all soiling is thoroughly rinsed away, with nothing left behind but clean carpet fibers.
- The equipment we use during the hot water extraction process is far superior to the standard carpet wand.
